The Meeting Agendas database is where each session in a workshop series or conference are developed. This is where you plan, schedule, design, and track sessions for your:

• Bonner orientation,
• regular class and all-Bonner meetings, and
• training workshops you may organize for faculty development or orienting your community partners.

Meeting Agenda Template

The Meeting Agenda database automatically defaults to a template for outlining the session:

• goals/learning outcomes,
• brainstorm how it might be organized,
• set the agenda with times,
• identify which if any center resources will be used (e.g., prior slides, handouts),
• adding a link to the session slides and handouts,
• a link to show the feedback for the session if you gather it (perhaps using Notion Forms), and finally
• a link to the Action Items database for any follow-up tasks you plan to take.

Planning Your Meeting Calendar

The most effective way to plan meetings is from the related Center Project page. The project pages bring together all the related information for each project, including any sessions you may plan. It also provides a Workspace at the bottom where you can work with your colleagues to do your project planning.

The Project database template automatically filters for the related sessions from Meeting Agenda database. Therefore, when you add Meeting Agenda sessions from the project page, those sessions will automatically inherit the filter used for the project page.

For instance, here is the Bonner Orientation 2025 project page:

When you open the filter on the “Bonner Orientation 2025” project page, you can see that the filter is already set to show all Meeting Agenda sessions for the “Bonner Orientation 2025” project:

The same automatic filtering for will happen with every project using the Center Project template. For instance, here is the project page for “Bonner Meetings 2024-25” where you can see the filter show the Meeting Agenda entries related the “Bonner Meetings 2024-25” project.
