- Your summer service must be full-time for at least seven weeks and complete a minimum of 280 hours.
- Note: you can serve at more than one site during the summer. If you do, please submit this form for each site.
- Who’s Your Partner?
- You’ll need to find a community partner to host you for the summer.
- They should have a supervisor who will work with you throughout your service.

- Once you submit the form, I’ll review it and let you know if it’s approved or if we need to make any adjustments.
- Summer Service Funding
- You’re eligible for $4,500 for two summers of service. The funding will be disbursed in two installments: the first at the start of the summer and the second halfway through the summer.

- Unused summer funds can be carried over to the next summer. Receipts or documentation of fund usage are not required.
Students are expected to complete 280 hours for both summers. Staff will follow up with you at the mid-summer and end-of-summer check-ins to review hour logs and ensure progress toward completion.
